Door knock leads - This would be a traditional lead that we would mail, but they have the customers names pre printed on them. Because so many agents mail generic mailers to your area already, most seniors are receptive because they've seen a similar lead from another company. Simply dropping by and showing them the card, and mentioning that you help people save money on their insurance is enough to get you in the door pretty often for a low cost. I do these for .50 cents a lead, and there is no minimum.
Cold names lists - these are available for .02 cents each, with no minimums. It's just an excel spreadsheet of names, and some will have phone numbers on the list. I will often print up the names list when I do a mailer, and will knock on doors, show a sample card, as ask if they received it. Then I follow up with the customers. Or you can use it to find people with the same last name in the area, or other people on the street of someone that you sold that fit the same demographics.
